I am so glad I decided on this company.  The home inspector knew his stuff, and he explained the inspection report in a way that was clear.  I was able to negotiate my purchase and saved a lot of money.  Thanks for everything.        -  Karla P., San Diego

Picture Perfect Corrosion
Q & A
(2 votes)
I am buying a house where the buyer disclosed a water leak that has since been repaired. He claims that they hung a picture in the home in mid 2011 and a nail must have grazed a water line in the wall causing corrosion. Is this possible? Should I be concerned about mold?

Tales From The Crawl Space
(2 votes)
This weeks edition of TFCS takes us once again to that dark, damp, dank nether region of the house known as the crawlspace. Some may refer to this area as the big unknown, because literally anything can happen down there. As a home inspector it's not uncommon to run nose to nose with a not so cartoonish version of Pepe Le Pew. And let us not forget snakes. I hate snakes. Spiders. Hornets. Sewage. Oh My! So grab your overalls and miners light and let's head down south.
