I am so glad I decided on this company.  The home inspector knew his stuff, and explained the report to me in a way that was clear.  I was able to negotiate my purchase and saved a lot of money.  Thanks for everything.        -  Karla P., San Diego

We all like to do up our houses making a plan to make our nest the most beautiful place to live in.  In the midst we only finish up focusing on the style factor.  You also have to check on the balance and harmony of various elements in your house.  Luckily, you have Feng Shui to help you with this.

If you are using Feng Shui to bring balance into your house, it is recommended to begin with your entrance to the home.  When you enter the house, it is the entrance that comes to your notice.  So it is smart to pay close attention to this area of the house first.  Always make sure that you make your entrance very warm and relaxing.  For this you want to lighten up the entrance to the maximum level.  This can go a good distance in boosting your general mood.

As well as brightening the entrance, it is similarly critical to keep it debris free. According to feng shui, debris is big factor which will stop the flow of vital energy which is better known as chi. As an effect there could be an obstruction to the flow of other positive energies in the house as well. To stop this, it is advised to have a system of running water close to the entrance. Movement of water guarantees an increase in the flow of energy.

Another important aspect according to feng shui is the bedroom of the house.  Feng shui recommends the use of colors like black and brown.  Some other colors that you may use in the bedroom are copper and bronze.  These hues are renowned for their property of peace and quietness and therefore are a must have in the bedroom.

If you've got your television set placed in your bedroom, it is vital to put it in the right direction.  Most people prefer to place their TV set in the open, however, this practice is highly criticised by feng shui. It is advised to place the television set in a closed cupboard.  Additionally, always double check that you do not place any mirror near the foot side of the bed.

Positioning and placement of furniture is also extremely important.  As per Feng Shui, you want to keep from using too much furniture.  Keep your furniture as minimalistic as possible.  If you have a lot of furniture, you may end up blocking the vital Chi energy which can create a disequilibrium in your home.

The position of your furniture is also vitally important. Place large, heavy pieces of furniture against the walls.  Seating arrangements should be round or octagonal for the best results.

These simple and easy tips of Feng Shui should help bring harmony to your home and renewed happiness to your life.
